Which trading platforms does CPlugin™ Toolbox support?
MT4, MT5 and Match-Trader, through each platform's manager API. Trades Copier, Trades Blotter, Quotes Monitor and Bulk Symbol Settings work on all three; Rollover, Snapshots and negative-balance adjustment are built for Match-Trader; the WebAPI and the server plugin editor cover MT4 and MT5.
Do I need to install anything on my MT4 or MT5 server?
No. Toolbox connects through the manager API with a manager account you create and whose rights you decide, and you can rotate or revoke it at any time. Nothing is installed on the trade server or in your clients' terminals.
Can I copy trades from MT4 to MT5, or to Match-Trader?
Yes. Trades Copier sends trades from one server to another, and the destination can be any MT4, MT5 or Match-Trader server you have connected, with symbol mapping for instruments that are named differently on each side.
What happens if the copier misses a trade?
Reconciliation runs for every copier configuration. Open-trade reconciliation compares live positions on both sides; closed-trade reconciliation looks back over a date range you choose and runs as a preview first, so you see the fix before it is applied. Copy attempts that did not go through are listed separately. The full walkthrough: how reconciliation catches missed and orphan trades.
How do I get alerted when quotes stop updating?
Assign Quotes Monitor to a server, set a timeout per symbol mask, and choose whether to be told when any symbol is delayed or only when all of them are. Alerts go to Telegram, no more often than the interval you set.
Can I compare my prices with liquidity provider or market feeds?
Yes. Quotes Comparer shows your own book next to the external sources you add, flags price or spread drift beyond the tolerance you set, and catches crossed prices tick by tick — including between two of your own platforms. Comparing your own books is free; external sources are billed per active connection.
Can I update swaps or symbol settings in bulk?
Yes. Bulk Symbol Settings shows instrument settings across all groups in one table, lets you edit them in place and export or import them as CSV, on MT4, MT5 and Match-Trader.
Is Toolbox a CRM or a risk management system?
Neither. It does not replace your CRM, client office or bridge. It is the operations layer next to them: trade copying, the live blotter, quote alerts and comparison, symbol settings and end-of-day jobs.
Where does my data live?
On servers in the European Union. Specific hosting arrangements for regulated brokers can be discussed during onboarding.
Do you have a sandbox?
Yes — a fully separated environment with its own Toolbox for client and MT4/MT5 connection management. No charges, no SLA, safe to break. Sign in at pre.toolbox.cplugin.com.
How does pricing work in practice?
Toolbox starts from €99 a month per connected MT4 server, €199 for MT5 and €299 for Match-Trader — that is the server connection, billed by the hour (≈ €0.1356, €0.2726 and €0.4096 per hour). The apps you run are billed on top, also by the hour; stopping an app stops its charge. No prepayment, no minimum commitment, and non-trading API calls are not charged. You see your exact numbers once you sign in.
Can my team have role-based access?
Yes. Permissions are per module per feature, assignable per teammate at the organisation level.
